The Jeep it's self was fantastic, pick up and drop off was simple as far as getting into the lot and getting the jeep unlocked, communication with owner was also awesome. However it is to mention the Parking Lot requires a Shuttle from the Airport, and is over a 45min Journy to Terminal C With Shuttle, Walking, Elevators, escalators, Train, etc on your way to and from Terminal C. All in all the jeep was great once we got it, but i'd leave at least an extra hour for pick up and drop off if using airport
