We'll arrange this beforehand, but if I'm not there to physically hand you the key, it will be stashed on the vehicle (I’ll let you know where).
Guidelines
Please clean/fuel the car before returning it (Turo’s policy is that it is returned in the condition it was received). We provide a fast pass to any Supersonic car wash (also now known as Take5 at some locations since it was bought out recently), so if you need to clean the vehicle (washing or vacuuming), please do so before return. Most locations have free vacuums, but if you're not sure about a location, just ask my manager, Miles, and he'll indicate which ones he's used where they have vacuums. If you plan on going off-road (dirt roads, not climbing/scaling), I need to know that before I confirm the trip. It’s normally not a problem, but I just want to know the details first. No pets/animals, smoking (anything), or vaping, please. Thanks!

This car is a beast in the snow. Great for our family ski trip.
Pickup from airport economy parking lot was quick and convenient.
They asked me to wash the car before returning (with free car wash pass), which was a strange request that we didn’t have time to fulfill. But everything else was seamless and straightforward.

Car was good for the price; needs new tires asap…one had to refilled with air every other day. Host was great but does ask you to clean car that is not inline w/ turo’s policy. I brought this up and he did not respond to me. U did like that because I added a day he let me do free airport drop off. Would 5 stars if I had better response to low tire (from start), not asked to clean it, etc
