The car started rattling on the interstate and the AC doesn’t work. We used it on a day that was 97 degrees and humid and we were miserable all day. I reached out to the host and asked if there was a trick to get it to work, and it still didn’t work. It smells like smoke covered up with air freshener and it made me nauseous.

Car smelled like smoke and was really loud on the highway. Windshield wiper blades need to be replaced And the temperature light comes on when you start the car.

One star is for trying to blame a customer for a pre-existing car damage, so glad Turo saw it was a pre exiting damage that caused this to the windshield. FYI Once there is a windshield crack it will spread with weather, can’t blame a customer for a pre existing damage.
