We had a little hiccup but Bill was on top of it. So you can trust if something goes wrong, and it most likely won’t, that Bill will go the extra mile. I don’t know that I could say that for every host so that’s why 5 stars. The Jeep was great for the entire trip but we had an issue on the way to airport, Bill dropped everything and rushed to our rescue getting us to our flight on time. The issue was out of his hands and could happen to anyone, but know we would 100% rent his Jeep again! We loved it and the hosts. Thank you Bill and family for letting us rent such a cool car and not the generic junk from the rental agencies.
