TOLLS: Our vehicles come equipped with SunPass for a seamless journey. Always use the Express Lanes on toll roads and avoid stopping to pay manually – you'd end up paying twice. After your trip, you'll receive an invoice via Turo for any tolls incurred. 𝟮. 𝗦𝗠𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 🚭 For everyone's comfort, please refrain from smoking, vaping, or toking in our cars. Turo enforces a $150 smoking violation fee. Let's keep the air fresh for everyone! 𝟯. 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 🧹 Every time you rent from us, you'll receive a car that's been washed, detailed, and sanitized. We want to ensure you start your journey with the best experience possible. That said, we don't expect you to return it in a detailed condition. However, we do appreciate it if the car isn't excessively dirty when returned. Things like significant stains, spills, large amounts of mud/sand/dirt, biowaste, or noticeable pet hair might result in a $150 cleaning fee. My 2nd rental with Troy. The communication is excellent and reactive with him.
It is always easy to be nice when there is no issue on a trip, but it is more difficult when you have a trouble with the car. And we had one on a wheel. Troy took care immediately of it and us, even if we were 700 miles away from him. He didn't hesitate to repair for the best of us.
It is important to know how people are reacting in front of issues ; Troy is professional!
I highly recommend him !

Car was in great condition, comfortable and very clean. Easy pick up and return, it was helpful for us that we could collect the car in the evening. The host is a very nice person, very helpful, gave us hand with going through problems with registering. I would honestly recommend this car rental place!

My 2nd rental with Troy. The communication is excellent and reactive with him.
It is always easy to be nice when there is no issue on a trip, but it is more difficult when you have a trouble with the car. And we had one on a wheel. Troy took care immediately of it and us, even if we were 700 miles away from him. He didn't hesitate to repair for the best of us.
