The host was amazing to support with acquiring additional child booster and car seats before my trip. He was very accommodating for my pick-up of the vehicle at the hotel I was staying at in San Francisco, as well as meet me at a convenient location for my drop-off upon return. And the Model X - it was in immaculate condition and cleanliness, and it was very easy to manage, getting connected as a guest drive to the app. Way cool!!
