Brand new Grand Cherokee L purchased 10/11/22. This vehicle has the space to fit the entire family. It has the Captain chairs in the middle row to allow a seamless transition to the third row seats. Black leather interior and heated front and rear seats for the colder months. This vehicle is a very comfortable and cozy ride all year round. If you need a reliable 4x4 vehicle to get you to your destination and still look sophisticated on the road. Then this is the SUV that checks all the boxes at an affordable rental rate. You will not be disappointed

Darius was kind, responsive, and very easy to work. He was flexible as our plans changed. The car drove very well and was super comfortable.

Host and car were great, but Turo needs to figure out a better system for BOS. Not a very smooth pick up/drop off process. They don’t have enough Turo dedicated parking spots for the number of people using Turo. If you don’t leave the car in a designated spot you risk the car being towed and that would be renters responsibility. During both pick up and drop off there were more cars than spots available. I have used Turo in FL and it was a WAY better process.

Car was great. Clear pickup instructions. Only issue was that the vehicle was down to 1/4 tank on pickup. Otherwise. Was a great trip.
