  • Q: Are we flexible with the vehicle pick-up or drop-off location? Do you offer delivery?

    A: The pick-up location is not flexible. Yes, delivery is available depending on the distance and location. The delivery fee is $50.

  • Q: How do I add an additional driver?

    A: Please contact Turo Customer Support, as we do not provide technical Support.

  • Q: Where is the pick-up location?

    A: The pick-up location is listed in the app on the trip details page with your reservation details. You can access the vehicle using our contactless method code to access the lock-box provided to you. Therefore, you must download the app to receive the code.

  • Q. Are you flexible with rental extensions and adjusting pick-up/return times?

    A. YES! The vehicle will be ready for you at your designated pick-up time, but it is perfectly fine if you need to pick it up after your scheduled pick-up time. However, if you need to change your pick-up time significantly, please do so in the app under the "MODIFY TRIP DETAILS" section; this is particularly critical if it is 30 minutes after your scheduled pick-up/drop-off time. If you need to extend your trip, you can extend if the vehicle has not been booked for rental.

  • Q: What Type of Gas Does the Car Take? Do I need to refill the gas tank before returning it?

    A: Premium; we ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received before return. If the vehicle is not returned with the proper level of fuel-you will be charged for refueling cost.

  • Q: How does communication work with RideShare USA?

    A: Turo requires all communication to be held in the Turo app, and we ask that you please adhere to this policy. The Turo app is managed nearly 24/7 daily by one of our team members. By messaging in the app, you will get the quickest response. You MUST download the Turo app and turn notifications on. Otherwise, you will miss essential pieces of instruction for vehicle pickup.

  • Q: What if I Need Extra Mileage?

    A: We offer an “Extra” mileage purchase; if you go over mileage by a significant amount, we encourage you to purchase the extra. Otherwise, we charge per mile over the allotted mileage, which varies depending on the car, but you can find the details on the trip details page of the app.

  • Q: Do I need to clean the vehicle before returning?

    A: We ask that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. We don't expect you to go out and detail the car before return, but we do appreciate the car being tidy upon return.

  • Q: How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?

    A: The vehicle has a 'toll" transponder EZpass attached to the windshield. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE EZ PASS FROM THE VEHICLE. As a renter, you are responsible for ALL toll charges during your rental. At the end of each trip, we will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement at the end of the trip.

Sunroof in car did not operate as well as the tires on the car are to big so it was hard to turn vehicle as well as to dropping vehicle off the host wanted me charge me with a cleaning fee and it was no stains or spills just some crumbs in sit

It is unfortunate you’re being dishonest. The tires are correct OEM size, you drove the vehicle in 4WD. You turned off the power to the sunroof & lift-gate. The interior was heavily soiled when the vehicle was returned. We still have not been able to rent the vehicle because of the heavy stains in the carpet & leather. We have to get the materials dyed. You communicated you would clean the interior to avoid a cleaning fee because you are a detailer. You did not clean anything
