This car is a sporty little luxury SUV. It is a nice car for any occasion. Good on gas. A/C is cold! Heated seats are warm. I really enjoy this car! Its not too big and its not too small. I'm looking forward to providing transportation for you! Thank You

I believe I receive bad customer service and let me tell you why. I rented a car from Robin and everything was going great the pick up was smooth and very convenient. I booked the car for a week I’ll pick it up on a Friday and my plans changed. I contacted her on Sunday she initially said that she had an event to go to and it will not be over till nine but then she turned around and said she was out of town. I do not know how that changes so quickly but then she said she will return on Tuesday. Do you know if that Robin ignored me I have not responded to me until I said to her engine light came on and here it is Thursday. I spoke to one of your agents and she told me I had already called in about the issue when I did not. She then informed me that Robin did but did not have the time to respond to me. And then when she finally responded she was very rude and nasty. She even tried to make it my fault the light came on. if I ignored her when it was time for me to return her car then I will be wrong and penalized. It should be the same across the board. She is very rude and disrespectful and should not be allowed to use this app!

I am sorry that I couldn't rearrange my schedule for you because I actually scheduled my appointments around the days that you, the guest had my car. I had my car serviced before I let it go on Turo I never had any problems with my car because its a good car and I take care of it. I will however be taking the necessary steps to see what exactly is going on with my car and I am not blaming the guest. Life happens and I have a positive outlook on every situation.
