AIRPORT DELIVERY The vehicle will be parked in TERMINAL B SHORT TERM parking. The row will be communicated once parked. When you arrive and are next to the vehicle please message and we will remotely unlock the doors for you. Keys are in the visor and the PARKING TICKET is in the center console (parking costs $5.25 per half hour) Parking cost is the renter's responsibility. The vehicle is parked based on the daily schedule to ensure all reservations are started on time. For any trips starting after 7 p.m., we do park the vehicle earlier as it is outside of operating hours. This is regardless of a delay, we want to ensure the car is delivered on time to you and all guests throughout the day. This makes logistics fair for all. - Please be also aware that we park the vehicle based on our daily schedule. Tolls: Vehicle’s plates are connected to Ezpass/Sunpass so you're all set for your trip. The toll invoice will be sent over after we receive it. You have 72 hours to accept the invoice once received. If not approved within 72 hours, no worries, TURO will automatically charge the form of payment on file. Please do not use your own pass. The transponder is not for EXPRESS LANES. Autotoll will not work at any gated (non-high-speed) toll lane. These lanes require payment by cash, or the use of your own personal transponder, to proceed through them. A few toll plazas outside of Chicago, D.C, or L.A.. only have gated toll lanes and do not have any high-speed lanes, or they otherwise require the use of a transponder. At these locations, payment by cash or the use of transponder is required to pass through these plazas.
