Great trip. Sarah is extremely professional and everything went smoothly. Car is top trim, immaculate, with every possible option at half or less the price of the big box airport rentals. The terminal pick up and drop off is incredibly convenient.

The host was very helpful and understanding renting a car from you guys was easier then renting from enterprise, who I normally used but they didn’t have a vehicle at the time . Unfortunately, due to some changes for this trip, I needed to get a vehicle ASAP before arriving to EWR from Honolulu, Hawaii. So I went on Turo to see what vehicles were available at the last minute. I came across Daniel’s vehicle and what got me to book with him was his highly rated reviews! I am personally a stickler when it comes to respect and outstanding customer service and Daniel truly did not disappoint. A few minutes after requesting to book his vehicle, he responded quicker than expected. He told me it was available and provided me detailed information on the next steps. From the time I messaged him on my arrival, he delivered the car to me sooner than my reservation time. It was a huge help because I was absolutely exhausted coming off a close to 10 hour flight and wanted to hit the road. He delivered the car in pristine and clean condition and made sure to let me know if I had any questions to reach out to him. If you are planning to travel to EWR and need a car that offers spectacular service, I highly suggest you choose Daniel. You will thank me for this. However, if you’re used to crappy service and treated like you’re unimportant, then look elsewhere. So please do yourself a favor and rent a vehicle with Daniel! You’ll be so glad you did! The rental went really smooth! Andrea was so accommodating even though my flight was 2 hours delayed coming into Newark and really put me at ease after a stressful flight. When I was departing Andrea called me and reminded me that I left my charger in the car and she offered to circle back around to the Terminal in Newark Airport traffic to return it. Such great service and really nice! Highly recommended!
