Summary: The service was very good but the car was mediocre. Service : easy to rent, easy to find in mid city. Quick rental and return. Responsive and fair management. Car: I’d likely not rent from them again due to the quality of the vehicle. It seemed to have a tire out of balance, and I suppose that I’m not a fan of Kia either: it made sounds that seem to come with age and wear. I had never driven Kia before. For $75/day, I expected more. I will say the gas mileage was great. This car had me feeling like it was past its prime. After that, I will only use Turo as a back up, never as a first option for car rental.

Chris contacted us with a tire issue. He picked up a nail which caused a flat which obviously pulls the car to the side. It is really unfortunate that he blamed the car for this.

Isaac was awesome to deal with. He was very accommodating of my last minute reservation and some last minute changes due to weather. The car was very clean and exactly what I needed. I’ll use Isaac for all my trips to New Orleans.
