This rental car was horrible .
Guest was clearly unhappy with a car that has been near universally loved. She complained about smoke (none detected, and I would have noticed, extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke). She also lied about replacing a tire. I offered to reimburse the tire plus extra for her trouble if she uploaded a receipt, but she claims to have been unable to upload a receipt, and also couldn't send me a picture of receipt through app or text. After return we found the reason was that no tire replaced.
