Where do I begin!? Shirley is a great, kind, patient and understanding person. The car was beautiful and rode super smooth. I have no complaints at all. We did experience a hiccup during the trip but Shirley and her husband came to our rescue quickly. I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality and overall kindness. We will be back and will be renting again. Thank you!
