Absolutely amazing trip and ride in the BMW. Anna was a great communicator, helped me check in and check out super quick and easy, and made my visit to the Chicago area a great one. My favorite part of the rental was the cleanliness and the personal touch of essential smell in the vehicle. Will be this ride again, no doubt!

Anna and her husband were awesome hosts! I was flying in and out of Midway, and they met me at the curb when I arrived, and we met at the cell phone lot on the return. They were very prompt. And the BMW was gorgeous and clean, no problems at all!
