• Why do I have to upload my drivers license to the Trip Photos when I've already sent a photo to Turo?

  Turo REQUIRES hosts who conduct contactless pick up and drop offs to verify the license of each guest for every trip. Within 24 hrs of pick up, upload two photos, one photo of your drivers license, and one of your face next to your drivers license.

• What is an improper return fee?

  An improper return fee is a $50 fee charged to guests who do not park the vehicle in the correct location given in the drop off message.

• Do I have to return the car with gas?

  The car is expected to be returned as it was received. For example, if there is a full tank, then it will be expected to be returned with a full tank.

• What if I can't/don't want to fill up the car to the amount it was received in?

  There will be a $75 reimbursement fee for not filling up the tank.

• Can I extend my trip?

  Majority of the extensions are approved unless there is another booking directly after. Instructions: 1. Log onto turo.com or the Turo app to open your Trips tab. 2. Tap “Booked” to select the trip you’d like to change. 3. Select the Details tab. 4. If your trip is in progress, select the “Modify trip” button. From the menu of options, select "Dates and Location" If your trip has ended, select the “Extend trip” button. 5. Enter your new end time and write a message to your host. 6. Submit your request.
