Because nobody really likes surprises... No smoking of anything, drugs, or open alcohol containers are allowed in the vehicle. If you are including your pet, you must select the extra pet option at check out. No wet pets are allowed in the vehicle and pets must remain in the rear cargo area or in the covered backseat. Please do not remove doors or other body panels. If you get stuck in the sand, you are responsible for the tow and any resulting damages. Remember to close the roof when you are not in the car, our weather can be unpredictable with rain showers and if the car's interior comes back wet you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee. Refuel the vehicle or select the prepaid fuel option or you will be charged a $150 refueling charge.

• Are Pets Allowed?

  Yes, you must select the pet extra at check out and remember to use the seat cover which we will include for you.

• Is smoking allowed?

  No, Smoking is allowed in the vehicle. If an odor is present, you will be charged a $250 smoke cleaning fee.

• Am I responsible for Parking Tickets?

  Yes, you are responsible for any parking tickets incurred during your trip. Please pay the ticket on line prior to your departure. Failure to pay could result in an additional late fee and you will be billed directly from TURO.

• Can I have the vehicle delivered to me?

  We deliver to the Airport only for $120 fee. Please do not provide your ferry information or a residential address with the expectation that we will deliver as that is not an option.

• Can I pick the car up earlier or return it later than my booked times?

  Go into your TURO app under "my trips" to adjust your intended time. Please note, as flexible as we would like to be, we cannot make verbal or txt message exceptions for early pick up or late drop off as it negates our insurance coverage on the vehicle. All time changes must be completed through the TURO app. If the car is available, TURO will let you know any additional charges associated with your change before you agree. There are times when the vehicle will not be available due to other bookings, especially in July and August.

• Why can't the TURO host make exceptions on trip extensions and pricing?

  We strive to accommodate each guest as much as possible but TURO has a strict policy around trip extensions and pricing. We are not able to make exceptions outside the TURO app as it would negate our insurance coverage. We hope you understand.
