This vehicle is much easier to physically get in/out of than a Jeep- something that should be considered for some family and friends that may be joining you?! This vehicle is also stored within short walking distance (8 minutes) to Nantucket Memorial Airport (ACK). Airport delivery/pick up is FREE! Whether you’re coming for one of our many island events, sightseeing, a wedding, or just enjoying the beach vibe… Touch screen navigation makes it very easy to get around. This vehicle is equipped w/leather seats and can accommodate 7 people w/the third row or just enjoy the spaciousness for fewer. The power sun and moon roof to enjoy the beautiful days and nights here on the island. The Explorer gets you to the many beaches and throughout our historic cobblestones streets of downtown. Enjoy the many shops, restaurants, art galleries, jewelry stores, golf courses, conservation areas, museums, yacht clubs, lighthouses, charter boats, award winning Cisco Brewery/winery/spirits, Chicken Box and the list goes on and on…. Should you need/want any extras like beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella, fishing rod, body board etc…- just add them to the trip so you don’t have to buy or lug them out here with you! See the Beach Bundle option too in “extras!” It’s so nice to sit comfortably in the beach sand w/your reclining beach chair under an umbrella while enjoying an ice cold beverage (or two) from the cooler while watching a fishing rod to catch a fish or just catch a nap?!!!! Hehe. Perhaps you’re more active or the kids are? We have a body board in the Beach Bundle too!! Please return our vehicle as you received it, to include gas! Parking details
Vehicle will be located in the driveway of 5b Pine Tree Rd. Which is the 5th driveway on the right after turning onto the road via Old South Rd. A white rock at the end of the driveway w/“5b” painted on it and an “Acupuncture” sign as well. This location is a very short walk (8-10 minutes) from Nantucket Memorial Airport (ACK) and a short Uber/Lyft, Taxi or public bus ride from the ferry terminals. If you chose the delivery option, just let us know where/when to deliver. Thank you in advance!!!
Guidelines
No smoking/vaping, drugs or pets in the vehicle as we want to ensure future guests with allergies don’t have issue. We love dogs and have nothing against smoking but not in this vehicle please/thank you! Also, please do not drive this vehicle on the beach itself since it does not have the required “over-the-sand” permits. The vehicle will be fueled up upon delivery. Please return it filled up unless choosing the “fuel pre-pay” extra option. We will ensure to have the vehicle clean upon pick up or delivery. Please return our vehicle as clean as possible. Car wash is not required unless there is excessive mud. Some sand/crumbs are expected. There are car vacuums at the airport and mid island gas stations. Please be kind to our next guest and also avoid cleaning fees for excessive dirtiness or smells (ie. smoke). As always, safe travels and we hope you enjoy your stay on our beautiful island of Nantucket!

Roughly 14.5 miles long by 3.5 miles wide. It is the only town but has many areas with their own local names. Like the village of Siasconset (aka Sconset).

Yes, there are many drivable roads and most beaches are accessible by parking lots.
Cisco Brewers and Bartlett Farm?
Cisco is a gathering place that brews their own beer and makes their own wine and spirits. Often they have bands for entertainment. The Farm is a great place for a sandwich or any of your local grocery store needs.
Are dogs allowed in your car? No, Nor smoking please!
Unfortunately No. We want to ensure those w/pet allergies don’t have any issues. Even though we are Dog Lovers and recently lost our 16 y/o Yellow Lab :(. She didn’t get to ride in this vehicle either!

How long does it take to get to Nantucket from Hyannis?
We are approximately 26 miles out to sea. 1 hour on the many fast ferries or 2hr 15minutes on the “slow boat.” Plane is about 20 minutes from Hyannis.
What ferry companies are there?
Hyline and Steamship Authority ferries out of Hyannis. The Seastreak out of New Bedford. Also, the Freedom ferry out of Harwich on Cape Cod.
