It was pretty straight forward to pick up, Myrtle Beach Airport is so easy to navigate and the car was easy to find. The shuttle was great both directions. It took me a bit to open the lock, just me being tired, the shuttle came back to check on me after she dropped off the others.
The car was clean and ready to go, no issues driving it, great on gas for my trips back and forth. The whole experience was good - it’s my first Turo but I’ll do it next time I’m back in town and I’d take one of Felicia’s vehicles again as well.

This was my first time using Turo and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had a handful of questions which were promptly answered. The car was easy to locate in the economy parking area and the instructions were clear on what I needed to do. How to use the lockbox, pics to take, etc. The vehicle itself was clean and ran well during our stay. AC was cold, which was definitely needed! There were options for additional vacay things such as chairs, cooler, towels that were covered in our house rental. I mention because those are really good options to have. The parking fee when exiting on day 1 was $20 instead of $10 and Felicia refunded the amount as the listing describes. I think I’m a Turo convert and will be using for business trips as well due to the savings offered
over traditional renting. Thanks Felicia!

the tags were expired since june 2022 i was with my child and was pulled over very embarrassing and stressful situation and the host only cared about still renting the vehicle out today with the tags out !
