This car looks good and clean. And everything is ready and preparations are well thought of. He left a few bottled waters, sanitizing gels and etc. for us to use. The transactions with Yevgeniy Li were swift and easy. It’s our very first time here so we had trouble adding my husband as a driver but he was very patient and helpful. He answered all our questions and responded to our questions within minutes. This owner deserves 5 ⭐️s!!! 👍👍

Really good experience renting with Yevgeniy. SUV was super clean and cared for, details like hand sanitizer and waters in the car, were an extra nice touch that we appreciated very much! Yevgeniy was quick to respond to my questions (how big is the trunk?), as well as texting quickly when we picked up the car. He was also helpful with making sure we were checking out and leaving the car in the right space for him when we were heading home. Would rent again, for sure!!!

This is my 1st time using turo. If you are coming to Chicago with family then I highly recommend this host. Picking the vehicle at the airport was easy. Host provided step by step instructions with pictures and was responsive via texts. Also I dropped off the vehicle with the host at departures terminal when my trip ended. There was 2 bottle water in the car along with masks. The vehicle was very clean and well maintained. There is a cell phone holder in the car along with different charging cables and hand sanitizer. I would recommend prepaying for fuel.

The car was clean, he dropped the car off for free and picked it up for free. Also he brings water and masks with the car which is wonderful. I recommend him for anyone trying to travel, his service was exceptional.
