Guidelines
ABOVE ALL Return the car in the condition it was given to you. CLEANLINESS Please return the interior of the car clean as when it was delivered or picked up. , ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. I do my own interior cleaning. ALL MY CARS ARE CLEANED AND SANITIZED AFTER EVERY TRIP. FUEL I expect all my vehicles to be returned with a full tank of gas at the end of your trip, unless post trip fuel is purchased at booking. Fuel charge will apply for less than full level and a reimbursement will be requested within 72 hours after the end of your trip. LATE RETURNS If you pick up the vehicle late that's usually not a problem for me, as long as you let me know you're running behind. However picking up late DOES NOT mean you can return the car late. Late returns are not acceptable. The car is due back no later than the listed Turo time. This is to protect you, as insurance is only covered during the rental periods. Do I need to pay for tolls?
Yes, at the end of your trip I will have a list of tolls used for your trip. The car's license plate is registered with the Ipass toll system within the tri-state area, so no need to pay tolls with cash. Do not bring your own transponder. you will be charged twice. Save your money.

The car worked great from start to finish. I appreciated Bo’s clear instructions and the overall cleanliness of the vehicle was acceptable. For me its reliability that is key and Bo did a great job.

The car in a whole was great! The pick up and drop of process was easy and the host directions and messages made it that much easier.
The only issue I would say is that the car volume only allows to go so high. This was only an issue as it was nice and wanted the windows down while I drove but couldn’t hear the radio. Everything else was great! Would definitely rent again.
