First time Turo user here. I had to take my truck into the shop so I needed to rent a vehicle. I messaged Juan to see if his Jeep was available and he responded almost immediately. He was so helpful and patient to answer all my questions since I'm a newbie vehicle renter. I couldn't be happier with my experience. The vehicle was incredibly clean and in almost perfect condition. I'm not sure who his detail guy is but I'd love their info. Thanks so much Juan. I'll definitely use your service again!

The car was very clean, and the host was very understanding. He also replies within a reasonable time manner. I booked him last minute after another rental car service gave me a faulty car. Definitely recommend him.
