From the beginning picking up the vehicle was a hassle. The instructions are not clear as to how to pick the vehicle up. When booking it says change the location and the cost of each location I chose a location that said free but I still had to pay the cost of parking. He gave us the address to the location but no other instructions so I had to call him twice to get the information needed for the parking attendant. When I get to the vehicle it wasn’t clean and only charged at 50%. I had an emergency with the vehicle and needed his help as what to do and even then I couldn’t get a hold of him. I had tried every form of communication I had for him and didn’t get a response till a few hours later. By that time I was already getting the issue resolved through someone else and no longer needed his assistance. Overall a bad experience was bad. I will never go through Jason again.
