The owner was very rude ! The owner isn’t responsive when trying to reach out to him . The owner is a liar . He’s making up claims that aren’t true to get money out of me ! Save yourself the trouble I just wouldn’t recommend!

Hello, that is all false. I have been communicative with you before and after your trip. The vehicle was picked up and returned late. I informed you there will be a late penalty for a late return, you were immediately aggressive and hostile with me due to you being late. You attempted to take possession of the vehicle again after you were charged for late return penalties. You returned the vehicle with major dents/scratches that you denied after showing you photo evidence it wasn’t there prior.

The car was nice but had a very unsettling smell about it like (weed and something spoiled) when we got to the dells for my daughter bday while we was there the smell got worst so I clean out and vacuum the car and found and Applebees container spoiled with mold so i know the car wasn’t cleaned out from before that didn’t stop our plans though thanks again.

I wish we would’ve spoke regarding this issue and came up with some resolution however you never mentioned this to me. Trip photos shows the vehicle being clean at the time of pickup.
