These hosts had great communication and were very nice. The only issue we had was that the trunk was damaged and could barely open. The host did warn us about this when we received the car, and I completely understand that this sort of thing happens. I appreciated them keeping our reservation and not cancelling last minute. However, they didn’t offer any discount for the fact it didn’t work. Hence the 4/5 stars.
