There are THREE very important Guidelines The gas tank is always given to you completely full. Please return completely full. Upload a picture of the gas receipt in the "trip pictures ". OR keep all the gas receipts in car Center Console. If not I can go fill it up for you for $10 plus the cost of gas. Dogs are great! but if they shed, drool, or peed, clean it up or be subjected to a $150 cleaning fee. Don't smoke ever. Cigarettes, pot, or hashish. We can tell, it won't disapate and you'll be subjected up to a $250 cleaning fee to get rid of the smell. The car will no take off (OR STOP) like your sports car. Drive it like you grandmother in the passenger seat. Other than that have fun and enjoy the ride.

You will get VIP service if you choose the airport delivery service. There will be a co-host guiding you to meet your car right outside the terminal. The co-host will check your flight in real-time, You just need to tell the door number when you collect your luggage and step outside the terminal, no more shuttle, no more walking around to parking lot. This service is a bless if you have kids traveling with you.
Guidelines
Absolutely no pet hair and no smoking. These 2 things are impossible to completely eliminate. Others will be allergic to pet hair and find smoke odor repulsive. If you intend to eat or drink (water is okay) inside the car, please add a cleaning fee. Need to get it professionally clean to get all the grease and sticky sweet drinks off.

Car was mechanically (brakes, steering, suspension, etc.) sound. Gas mileage was was poor at 14.24 mpg. Interior wasn't as clean as I would have liked; no major issues, but small evidence like dust, crumbs, and smears were indications that it wasn't thoroughly cleaned after prior renter.
