—Tolls— All cars have Sunpass device for tolls. However, renters are responsible to pay for their own tolls at the end of the trip. —smoking policy— Please don't smoke inside the car. There is a strict $150 smoking fee. —Airport Delivery — We honor free airport delivery. —Gas Level— Please return the vehicle with the same level of gas as it was received. You will be charged for the refuel + $10 inconvenience fee if prepaid fuel extra is not added. — Cleaning— If car is not returned in the same conditions as it was delivered there will be a cleaning fee starting at $25.00. —Notes— *Vehicle cannot leave the state of Florida. There will be a charge of $750.00 plus any additional mile. *Please note that basic and standard insurance does not cover roadside assistance. If you get a flat tire, need a jumpstart etc you will be responsible. However, I can offer my roadside assistance for an additional fee of $175.00 (depending on location and distance of event) -Pets are welcome but please return car clean. (any interior damage will be your responsibility) Thanks

The car was Clean it ran great Pick up and drop off was seamless Communication with the hose was on point I would definitely be a return guest

I waited 30 minutes or so for pick up from the airport when I arrived and no one picked me up from the drop off as agreed to take me to the airport on the day of departure. At the last minute I was informed the driver had an incident. The hotel shuttle ended up dropping me off. But I was a few minutes too late. Crowded airport. I missed my flight but was able to take the next one at no cost. Over all the ride was just ok. The screen on the dash was malfunctioning whenever I plugged my phone in. I needed to extend and was able to with no problem. Nothing major just the pick up and drop off was terrible. I prefer to not be inconvenienced. Which is why I was disappointed.

The brakes are too rough Need to be aligned or something. Stepping on it the slightest makes it do a hard stop so be mindful
