The SUV vehicle we booked was unexpectedly unavailable. Wanessa communicated the day I was due to pick up and let us know she had substituted a convertible camaro as an upgrade. While I appreciate the upgrade, we needed a practical vehicle with a backseat so instead she gave us a Volkswagen Passat. This car worked for our purposes, but communication was spotty and the vehicle we ended up with costs less than the suv we initially paid for but my requests for partial reimbursement despite the last minute change and less costly vehicle were ignored. Also, the Passat had a tire sensor alert and hopefully it was just a bad sensor. But that wasn’t communicated either so I had to ask if it was ok to even drive on it. Otherwise, the car was clean and worked. Altogether not a great experience but in the end it worked out except I was charged for a vehicle I didn’t get to use.
