The car we booked had a busted headlight. After informing Claudio this, he said he would call me right back and then I haven't heard from him for the rest of the night. He left us dead in the water with no car and I just spent the last 4 hours dealing with this situation. Turo support took forever to refund me because they didn't know where to put the car and I was stuck driving around at night with a busted headlight. It would've been alright of Claudio got back to me and remedied the situation, but having no communication and no resolution, it's just unacceptable. Do not rent from this host, if there is a problem, he will not help you.

Claudio was great at coordinating and responding to requests. The vehicle provided did not have tinted front windows and different rims. The AC stopped working and only emitted hot air. Additionally, the tire pressure sensor and engine light was on due to him reworking electrical in the vehicle. He was a great host but the vehicle could have been cleaner and in better working order.

The communication between Claudio and I went well. He was very flexible and understanding of our flights delay and later arrival. Pickup at airport went smoothly, very appreciative of that. Few concerns with condition of the car which made it seem as though car wasn’t fully ready for renting out. He showed us the tire pressure indicator on the dash board at pick up but then the check engine, change oil light began to flash, we also had broken headrests cup holder, exposed wiring in ceiling and the inner lining of the roof of the car was coming off. He later told us that he had some work done on the DVD players that were in the headrests. None of this was explained at pickup so we weren’t aware. Later in the trip we were stopped by police due to the car having expired tags. The official plate was in the car but again we did not know until we called him at the time and we were able to locate them. Being pulled over in a big city, knowingly in someone else car was very frightening but Claudio did answer his phone to inform us of the original plate that he had forgotten to put on the car. Something minor caused a huge embarrassing situation for us all. Otherwise car was Clean and seemed well taken care of. It was updated with all the fancy capabilities and drove well for us throughout the entire trip!

Amazing customer service! Really great vehicle, really comfy was able to fit 7 people without a problem. Amazing service, happy customer would rent again.

Claudio was excellent the car in perfect condition Some fusil issues the first day but after that everything came up great, he’s really open and flexible with the schedule and the location for return and pick ups! Thank you Claudio
