Nice guy loved the vehicle but he could definitely work on his customer service skills I felt like he was all about his money and not about his customer there was some adjustments that I needed to make due to my flight delay and Roberto was not customer satisfaction kind of guy he was a straight money owner

Sorry you feel this way! I believe communication is the key for a good business relation! I tried to help you all the way I could but you never reply my messages I made a trip to airport you weren’t there. I went to the airport pickup the car you weren’t there again and I had drive 20 miles to pick up the car in your location. People are just not grateful and don’t value people effort to make a customer happy.
