Excellent clean

TLDR: UNSAFE AND DOES NOT LOCK!
We took the Jeep to Buffalo for a hockey game. Knowing we would have to pay tolls, I tried to ask the host before the trip how it worked. Unfortunately, he didn't know and told me to look up the information myself. That was the first red flag I ignored.
Once I got to the car, I noticed the overwhelming smell of air freshener and the pungent smell of cigarettes.
I then spent 20 minutes trying to get the navigation system to work. I even tried to hook up my hotspot but couldn't get it to work.
I gave up and drove off, only to discover that the right blinker would not stay on for more than three blinks before turning off.
Then, I tried to use the wiper fluid to clear the salt off the windshield, only for the wipers to stop swiping as soon as the spray stopped. This virtually left me blind until I turned on the wipers manually to clear the wiper fluid. But then I had to play the game of trying to get the wipers to stop without blocking the windshield.
However, the worst part was discovering someone attempting to open the back door and it actually opening while it was locked. That's right! This Jeep DOESNT LOCK!!!
