Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding the pickup location. However, we had informed you in advance that we are located approximately 25 miles from the airport. You chose not to use our delivery service, which would have brought the car directly to you. We recommend using the delivery option in the future to save time, money, and avoid any inconvenience.

I rented this beautiful car while my car was in the shop for a few weeks. They were understanding and they had great customer service. I would recommend renting this car.
