I was very pleased with Sheresa. She was very understanding, great communication, and very polite. Would definitely rent again next time I’m in Tennessee.

Sheresa is a kind and pleasant host, very accommodating of little changes in time & location; an invaluable trait for the lender of a car. The Lexus’s damaged Hatch Door does give more than a little trouble opening; closing is mostly fine. Does deserve to be fixed, please. The interior of the Lexus is currently too noisy for a normal conversation or radio. Have seen such issues in older cars of mine. Hope this can be fixed. I should have given sufficient time for the car to be cleaned before picking up; we found many pieces of paper & leaves on the floor. Sheresa probably would have vacuumed if i had given her a chance to do so. The Lexus handled fine in the rain and i was comfortable as the driver on a 1400 mile road trip. Thank you, Sheresa. 🙏🏽

Sheresa was so nice. She was able to accommodate my last minute booking with a clean car that was just as described. I’d highly recommend her Lexus suv.
