1. You agree to provide a copy of your driver's license. 2. You agree to provide a copy of current insurance. 3. You agree to our terms and conditions to proceed with direct collection efforts including negative reporting to your credit file in the event you fail to pay your debt. 4. You agree to immediately file a police report in the case of any incident, never leave scene before doing so, and provide us with copy including all details, driver exchange information, reports, photos, parties involved, etc. 5. You agree to pick up and drop off the vehicle in person at the same location. No one else is authorized to do so on your behalf. Breaking this term will result in immediate cancellation as well as appropriate fine and penalty. 6. You agree that no one else will be permitted to drive the vehicle unless you add the driver to the trip and confirm approval. 7. You agree the vehicle will not be used in any illegal activity or non-permitted use, including but not limited to, excessive accelerations, drag racing, drifting, tire burnout, drug use or transportation of prostitution or trafficking, child abduction, terrorist activities, weapon transportation, crossing state line without prior approval. 8. You agree that you will not go through any toll roads. If car is driven on toll roads there is a fine from the toll road and a ticket., both of which you are responsible for. In addition a $50 processing fee will be applied on top of any parking or toll. 9. You agree that there will be no smoking/ vaping/ substance of any kind. If the car smells like any kind of smoke upon return, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged. It will not matter how or why it smells like smoke. If it smells, you will be charged and you can never rent from me again. No excuses! You are required to keep car smoke and alcohol-free. 10. You agree to pay $300 curb rash fee per wheel if any wheel is damaged, scratched, or bent in anyway. 11. You agree to comply with our $50 late fee for every 30 minutes the car is returned late without any prior communication or arrangement. 12. You agree to return the key with the vehicle when dropping the vehicle off. An $800 replacement key cost plus any additional fees are included to get a replacement key or vehicle tow and loss of any kind. 13. No Pets 14.
