Second year in a row we’ve used this vehicle (2022 Nissan Pathfinder). This year we noticed a problem with abnormal noise when braking. We took car to a well-regarded mechanic who, after evaluating the brake system, informed us that the car needed four new brake pads and two new rotors. After messaging host, he agreed to have all the work done at his expense. As a result we didn’t lose any time on our vacation as the work was completed in less than 4 hours. I have always felt that the measure of a business is not that it doesn’t make mistakes/problems, but how it deals with mistakes/problems when they inevitably do occur. By that measure, I couldn’t have been any happier.
