If you have any other questions, please refer to the following: 1) There is no way for you to pick up or drop off the car outside of our business hours. 2) You have to pick up and drop off the car at the pickup and drop-off address. The car cannot be delivered to you at the beginning of your trip and the car cannot be picked up from you at the end of your trip. 3) We welcome trip extensions and last minute bookings. Guidelines

Here are a few basic guidelines to follow: Don’t drink and drive. Don’t text and drive. Don’t smoke in the car. Don’t bring any pets into the car. Don't drive the car out of the Unites States (i.e. Canada or Mexico). Make sure you follow all applicable rules of the road. If you run a red light that takes your picture, you will have to pay a hefty fine and the traffic violation will go on your personal driving record. In case of an accident, the Turo Insurance ID Card is in the glovebox and is also available on the app when you view the trip details. Please take pictures of the vehicle info (license plate and VIN), driver’s license info, and insurance info of all parties involved. Please call Turo to report the accident immediately. Please also inform us of the details of the accident and share all relevant info and documents. If you get a parking ticket, pay it asap. If you don't pay it asap, we will get a copy of the ticket in the mail. You will then be charged the following on Turo: 1) the cost of the ticket, 2) all relevant processing fees administered by the issuing body, 3) and $20 per ticket from us for having to deal with your ticket. ​ You can put in the cheapest gas, 87. The allowed miles are listed on Turo. Please make sure you’re aware of the number of miles included for your trip. There will be a fee for additional miles driven. Please remove all your belongings and all trash before returning the car. Please return the car with the same amount of gas as when you pick it up. You will be charged for any gas used but not refilled on Turo. The car will be clean. Please get a car wash that washes the outside and vacuums the inside before returning it. If you pick up the car clean but return it dirty, you will be charged at least a $20 cleaning fee. The cleaning fee will be higher if there is a scent of any type of smoke. There should be an iPhone cable, an Android cable, and an AUX cable (if applicable) in the car that you can use. Please make sure to leave them when you return the car. Thank you! I had a cancellation on Turo and was lucky enough to book this vehicle. Upon arrival. I was 5 min early. The guy was still wiping the car down. By the time I got the car to inspect and photograph it was about 1:10pm. But that was ok part of the process. It's just that when I got in the car I noticed a very strong cigarette odor. I told the guy cleaning the car. He came opened the back seat and sprayed some Febreeze or something in the back and wiped the head rest in the back seat. I left the window opened a crack when I drove and that smell did not leave the vehicle. I even got the car a tree freshener and the smoking odor was still in the car. It's like embedded in the fabric of the vehicle. When you open the driver door it creates a popping click sound. While driving on the local streets the car seems fine. Once you get on the freeway is when the issue presented itself. The vehicle rattles when you accelerate and struggles a bit. When you press the brakes the car steering wheel starts to throttle and rattle. It's like severely shakes the steering wheel any time you brake on the freeway. So be sure to keep your distance from the car up front. Feels like the rotors on the car might not be balanced or the brake might need servicing. You need to pump the brakes a bit to calm the rattling on the steering wheel and just ease into the stop. The alignment on the vehicle does pulls slightly to the right and noticed some clicking sound while driving. Also you're required to wash and vacuum the car upon returning or a $30 service fee will be charged for cleaning. The smell of the cigarette or smoke in the car was still bad during the return. There's no place to report the smell of cigarettes so I just left a message on the Turo app that there was a cigarette odor during pick up. I don't smoke so that smell really bothered me throughout the whole drive. The only good thing is that it got me from point A and B and back. Do I feel safe in the vehicle while driving? No I didn't feel safe. I am glad to be able to return it. I wanted to return it earlier, but they were closed. I feel the car might need some servicing due to the rattles and throttle of engine and steering wheel.
