We're a seasoned All-Star Host that ensures each car is well maintained, each guest is happy with their experience, and each trip goes as smoothly as possible to the extent of our abilities. Please read our thousands of 5-star reviews to get a sense of the type of service we provide. We've addressed most applicable guideline inquiries in the "Guidelines" section of this listing. Please refer to the guidelines if you have any guideline related questions. If you have any other questions, please refer to the following: 1) There is no way for you to pick up or drop off the car outside of our business hours. 2) You have to pick up and drop off the car at the pickup and drop-off address. The car cannot be delivered to you at the beginning of your trip and the car cannot be picked up from you at the end of your trip. 3) We welcome trip extensions and last minute bookings. We'll try our best to accommodate you if possible. Please let us know if you have any other questions that were not addressed above or in the "Guidelines" section of this listing. Guidelines

Here are a few basic guidelines to follow: Don’t drink and drive. Don’t text and drive. Don’t smoke in the car. Don’t bring any pets into the car. Don't drive the car out of the Unites States (i.e. Canada or Mexico). Make sure you follow all applicable rules of the road. If you run a red light that takes your picture, you will have to pay a hefty fine and the traffic violation will go on your personal driving record. In case of an accident, the Turo Insurance ID Card is in the glovebox and is also available on the app when you view the trip details. Please take pictures of the vehicle info (license plate and VIN), driver’s license info, and insurance info of all parties involved. Please call Turo to report the accident immediately. Please also inform us of the details of the accident and share all relevant info and documents. If you get a parking ticket, pay it asap. If you don't pay it asap, we will get a copy of the ticket in the mail. You will then be charged the following on Turo: 1) the cost of the ticket, 2) all relevant processing fees administered by the issuing body, 3) and $20 per ticket from us for having to deal with your ticket. ​ You can put in the cheapest gas, 87. The allowed miles are listed on Turo. Please make sure you’re aware of the number of miles included for your trip. There will be a fee for additional miles driven. Please remove all your belongings and all trash before returning the car. Please return the car with the same amount of gas as when you pick it up. You will be charged for any gas used but not refilled on Turo. The car will be clean. Please get a car wash that washes the outside and vacuums the inside before returning it. If you pick up the car clean but return it dirty, you will be charged at least a $20 cleaning fee. The cleaning fee will be higher if there is a scent of any type of smoke. There should be an iPhone cable, an Android cable, and an AUX cable (if applicable) in the car that you can use. Please make sure to leave them when you return the car. Thank you! I was not happy with this car. Although it was mentioned no smoking allowed, it smelled very bad inside, like a lot of smoke and weed for long time. Plus the car was worn out. Its a 6-year old car but definitely looks and feels much older. Driving with it was also not pleasant. Handling was very bad. Acceleration was not good at all and high fuel consumption. I dont recommend this car. However, the communication with Ultragate and their staff was very easy and smooth. I think they are professionals and I was them, I wouldnt rent out this car anymore.

It was a disappointing experience because for one I was kind of skeptical about renting a car from this company first off. Secondly, the Jeep wheel alignment was off and it needed brakes they were basically grinding. I didn’t like the fact that everything had to be done through online chat you couldn’t really speak to a live person. Well first time for everything but it definitely won’t be a second.
