Please Read all details Before Booking, Thank you in advance for your cooperation. -We don’t recommend older vehicles for out of state. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is a ride-sharing, if something happens out of state it is not really possible to get a replacement car. These are used, reconditioned vehicles , and if something happens we like to be able respond quickly. -GPS tracking system is in the car as a safety feature. - All vehicles are used and will have normal wear from being rented. If you ever have an issue I will be available to help. - For insurance reasons we don’t drop or pickup vehicles. -We would like a five star rating (and we will give you a five star rating ) on every trip. If you have an issue please discuss it with us and give us the opportunity to make you happy. -In the unlikely event of a breakdown or an accident, please call Turo roadside assistance, and then send us a message on Turo app. The vehicle registration, insurance, and emergency numbers are in the glove box. -No smoking in the car. There is a $150 fee if any smoking takes place in the car because we have to use an ozone machine and do a deep cleaning to get the smell and ashes out as it bothers some of our other renters. This fee helps us cover those costs. -We do ask that you bring the car back in the same condition that it went out in. We take our time to make sure you leave our lot with a clean and sanitized car. Driving this vehicle was a great experience

I regret to rate negative, because I don’t like to judge this business, this poor rate is just for this trip and service and car. I canceled The first car because it had bad and noisy engine with a lot of cosmetic problems and dent and scratches all around the car ( you can’t see them in pictures till you get there in person) but they charged me for cancellation even wasn’t my fault ! I got the second car(no other choice because all family were waiting to start our trip) but the car was smelling weed! After I ask for help they sprayed inside the car , for couple hours it was ok but later for all days during our trip we traveled with that nasty smell. After retuned the car, I just texted them and shared my experience and asked them to dispute the cancellation fee but became insulted and received aggressive comments and really poor customer service ever. For sure this is my last time with them and also do not recommend this company because nobody controlling them and in the time of travel you will be stock there to choose between bad and worst!!!!

Sometimes people smoke in rentals , it’s very hard to get it all out , but we do our best , normal wear is also to be expected in rental .
