I'm giving 4 stars because eventually it all worked, however, it was a bit of a rough start. As normal, I received several notices reminding me of my upcoming trip and all that was associated with that. However, as we were at the airport waiting to pick up the car, we got a call saying the car we requested was in the shop and they didn't get it back, but they would switch us to another car. It seems odd, they didn't know until we arrived that there was no car. The car they switched us to was 6-7 years older than we planned. (2023 to a 2016) I would have been very uncomfortable had I been travelling alone. The car was adequate, (seats had been cleaned but still stained) and we immediately heard a lot of road noise and while investigating discovered a big gash in the tire, which again all worked out ok. I'm not sure about the difference in pricing between the two cars but I don't think we got a good deal. All in all, they communicated well with us and it all worked out in the end, but not a great way to start vacation.

Unfortunately, the Turo guest before you was supposed to return the vehicle six hours before your trip, but they failed to do so, which left us in a difficult position. We did our best to accommodate you by offering the Honda CR-V 2016 as a last-minute replacement.
