Joseph was great and deliver and pickup were a breeze. Had an issue with a new window halfway through the trip. Joseph came to our hotel and fixed it right away. Highly recommend!!

Rent from Joseph; he is the best!! He’s super thoughtful, responsive, and 100% focused on making the experience easy and pleasurable. He communicates in a timely, friendly and efficient way. He picked me up at the Hartford Airport at 11:30 pm and met me at departure terminal curbside when I dropped off the car - hop, drop and go! The car ran well and was very clean. HUGE thanks and great job, Joseph!
