When I arrived at Bradley, it was windy and cold. Joseph was waiting with the vehicle warmed and ready to go. I didn’t have to hassle with boarding a shuttle to rent a car. I didn’t have to wait in line. The car was there delivered curbside. It was clean inside and out. I enjoyed driving the vehicle. When I dropped off the car, Joseph was there waiting. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely rent from Joseph when I visit Connecticut again.
