I had to get a 3 year older car on the day of my birthday. The host message me 2 hours before my trip. I had to buy cords to play music. Then the price was only $3 difference which is ridiculous. The car was old and not worth want I paid.

The vehicle you reserved wasn’t returned on time, so to avoid disrupting your plans, we offered two alternatives: one newer car at the same price and one older car at a lower price. You chose the older car. Had you shared your discomfort during the trip, we would have gladly worked to find another option for you. The car smelled so bad of weed. Not just a little bit….it was unbearable. Had to keep the windows down and all our stuff smelled like it also. For the entire trip. Wouldn’t rent again.

I am very sorry, sometimes it is difficult to completely eliminate the smoke odor or marijuana left by other people, for this we use deodorizers and an ozone machine when required, we apologize for the inconvenience and please always communicate everything from the beginning , we are 100% committed to giving the best and when there is something you do not like we will always give you a better option or in one way or another we will solve it. I apologize once again.
