It was fast easy and the car was enjoyable the host was very nice

Pick up was good, car drove good but the look of outside of car was disappointing due to it needing a paint job, paint on hood and roof was bad and damaged, key fob gave out same day we picked up car had to drive all the way back to be told nothing could be done, so had to manually open and lock doors not convenient other than that inside was clean and people at location were very nice and helpful

Thank you for your feedback. It’s worth noting that you rented our most economical SUV option, designed for affordability rather than luxury aesthetics. While the vehicle may not have been pristine cosmetically, it was fully functional, clean inside, and priced accordingly.
Additionally, our records show the vehicle was driven at speeds exceeding 100 mph, which is both unsafe and against our rental agreement. Regarding the key fob, we do apologize for the inconvenience, but our team was transpa
