Must see! ---DROP OFF AND PICKUP--- Turo Valet lot near LAX Driving directions to the Turo Valet lot near LAX We are conveniently located behind the Custom Hotel at 8639 Lincoln Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90045. We are open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every day. Please give us a call at (310) 227-6998 if you need to reach the Turo Valet team. Once you have arrived, please proceed to the parking lot located behind the Custom Hotel If you are picking up a vehicle, simply walk to the top level of the parking lot where a Turo employee will assist you If you are dropping off a vehicle, drive up the parking lot ramp and a Valet attendant will be available to open the gate for you Transportation directions from LAX to the Turo Valet lot Please request your own ride (Uber, Lyft, taxicab, or other local transportation) from LAX to the Custom Hotel at 8639 Lincoln Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90045. Turo will reimburse you the full amount of your ride up to $20 as long as you provide a valid receipt. Once you have arrived at the Custom Hotel, proceed towards the back of the property to the parking spaces labeled "Valet Only"; signs marked “Turo” will guide you upstairs to a Valet attendant. Flying out of LAX? Complimentary transportation from the Custom Hotel will be coordinated by a Turo Valet attendant for guests with a completed Valet reservation. Guidelines

---RULES--- Absolutely no smoking of any kind. The remote smell of any smoke will result in a fee to compensate me for having to take it off Turo to have it professionally cleaned an prepared to re-rent. No pets allowed. Any pet hair or odor of any kind will result in additional fees. We deliver the cars in very good and clean condition; exterior and interior. When you are finish renting the car you must return the car in the same or better condition. There can be potential fines for infractions listed below: - Dirty interior - Dirty exterior - Sand/Mud/Dirt - Gas is returned not at the same level (I will charge you at the current premium gas rate of $6/gallon) - Evidence that the vehicle was taken off-roading or on the beach. The undercarriage of the car must be returned cleaned. Any personal damage to the car that is not covered by insurance will be your responsibility and all expenses will be covered by you. Ex: tears in any fabric, scratches inside or out, curb rash on wheels, fender benders, door dings, cracked windshields, etc.

Car was filthy upon delivery! Brakes could be checked .

It was directly communicated that the previous renter returned the car at 4pm and therefore there was no time to clean the car. You were ok with that and could have simply canceled your reservation. You went over your mileage and got upset that I charged you, hence the reason you feel the need to leave a one star review.
