Please note this is my personal vehicle, and I take a lot of pride, time, and effort to keep it clean and in excellent condition. Therefore, I expect you to treat my vehicle with care and respect and return it in the state presented to you. The vehicle will be thoroughly cleaned upon delivery. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, there will be an appropriate cleaning charge. Please do not run it through an automatic wash; it will damage the paint and exterior. Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING in the car. No pets. (Cleaning fees up to $250 will be charged if violated) Please remember that you are responsible for any tickets or tolls during your trip. • Do you deliver to LAX or other airports?

  Delivery options are available upon request for a fee. Please let me know once you book so we can try to accommodate.

• Do I have to refill the gas before returning it?

  The car will be presented with a full tank; please plan to refuel it before your trip ends. If you don’t have a chance to refuel it, please be aware there is a $10 fee on top of the gas cost.

• What do I do if I am running late for my pick-up or drop-off time?

  If you are running late, you run the potential of a cancelation or late fee. Please reach out to me ahead of time about any time extensions to avoid this.

• Does this vehicle have a Fast-track or toll pass?

  No. You’re responsible to pay for any tolls which you can do online. There will be a penalty fee associated Will toll roads as you need a pass prior to use.
