This car is available for rental EVERY DAY on Turo and offers a contact free experience! You’ll pick up the car by simply unlocking it with your phone after the remote check in process has been completed! If this car is not available for booking, please take a look at my other vehicles by visiting my profile page https://turo.com/drivers/2022786 Pickup and Drop off Instructions: There are two options to get to your Turo Car. -If you selected the “Los Angeles, 90094 pick up location” you will get an address to our lot and specific instructions to get you checked into your Turo car. -If you selected Los Angeles International Airport location we will provide a Uber Service to get to your Turo. With this service you are provided an Uber credit. 85% of the delivery fee will go towards your Uber ride and 15% goes to the Airport Fees. (Delivery does not mean car is delivered to the airport or the curb, it means you will be delivered TO the car - at our lot, 4 miles away.) Once your trip is booked you will receive a welcome message and will be directed to our Remote Check-In site to confirm your trip. This process must be completed before your trip starts and we highly recommend that you complete it right away. During this process you will be asked to provide personal details as well as payment information for any additional fees. ***Requirements for booking*** -Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years old to book this vehicle Young drivers fees will be applied to anyone 25 and younger, based on turos policy which can be found here: Age requirements for drivers – Turo Support -Deposit: A deposit may be required depending on coverage and payment type and will be processed during the confirmation process. Deposit amounts will vary based on vehicle type, reservation length, and other reservation factors. -Additional trip fees: As a commercial host we are required to collect recovery, facility, and vehicle license fee for every reservation. The amount varies depending on the location and the type of vehicle. -Insurance: Insurance coverage can be purchased as an Extra during the booking process or added to the reservation during the Remote Check-in process. -Required documentation: You must have a current driver’s license in order to book any vehicles on Turo. During the confirmation process you will need to upload pictures of the front and back of your drivers license as well as a selfie holding the drivers license to your face. If you elect to provide your own insurance coverage you will also be prompted to upload proof of active insurance covering your full trip dates. -Tolls: Tolls are not covered. Please pay for tolls at the location otherwise you will be billed for tolls and any fees at the end of your trip. -Smoking: Smoking inside the vehicle is STRICTLY prohibited. If the car is returned with a smoke smell or evidence of smoking there will be a $250 smoke removal fee along with a permanent ban from using our cars. -Missing/Low fuel: All guests are expected to return their rentals at the same fuel level as received. If fuel is returned lower than received we charge $9.99 per gallon. -Extensions/Late fees: If you have a booked a trip but need to extend it please do so in the Turo app. If the vehicle is available your request will be approved. Turo offers a 30 minute grace period after your scheduled end time before late fees will be assessed.   • Do I need to fill the car with gas before returning?

    If you do not purchase pre-paid fuel the car needs to be returned at its original fuel level. If car is brought back not at its original fuel level you will be charged to replace the fuel plus a $10 admin fee charged direct from Turo. If you purchase the prepaid fuel option car will come full of fuel and you can return it on any fuel level.

  • Do I need to return car clean?

    Yes, If there is any excessive cleaning needed such as: animal hair, food stains, water stains, beach sand, or excessive mud in which we have to shampoo the seats or mats Turo will charge up to a $250 cleaning fee. We do offer the option to purchase a post trip LIGHT cleaning for $20 to avoid the $50 cleaning fee. This post trip cleaning does not cover excessive cleaning only light cleaning such as light dirt on the outside and dust and crumbs on the inside.

  • What if I get a parking ticket?

    Parking Tickets need to be paid directly by you once you get the ticket. If you fail to pay the parking ticket you will be charged for the ticket, plus any penalties, and a $25 admin fee charged directly by Turo.

  • Is there GPS built in?

    There is no GPS built in, I recommend using Waze or Google maps on your phone.

  • How does our 3rd party/remote exchange reservation service work?

    We use a very easy customer friendly service that helps you get fully checked into your car. They will exchange the car over to you remotely and guide you step by step on how to get checked in. Once you book your reservation you will receive special instructions on how to check into your car. If you have any further questions you can call us on the phone number provided once you book your car.

  • Does the car have a toll pass for express lanes, toll roads, and bridges?

    Car will come with built in toll pass that is accessible at all state toll roads, express lanes, and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement once the toll(s) arrive into our toll account and payable via Turo app. It can take from 30-90 days to get the toll charges.

  • Can I smoke in the car?

    No Smoking allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, Turo will charge up to a $250 cleaning fee.

  • How do I purchase a Protection Plan?

    Once you book your trip you can add our different protection coverages via the extras at check out or you can purchase coverage through our third party service once you confirm your reservation.

  • How does LAX Delivery service work?

    Once you arrive at the airport a rideshare option will be provided. Once you have all your bags and you will request your Lyft ride using our lot address as your destination. Next you will head to the rideshare designated area via LAXit. Once you arrive at the Turo car the check in process is very simple, no waiting in two-hour rental service lines or in long traffic lines to exit the rental shop. When your trip is over a rideshare option will be provided to take you back to the airport. This service is only available if you booked for LAX delivery option and not available if you chose the option pick up vehicle at “Los Angeles, 90094”.

Enjoyed my trip. Rental was extremely clean and drove well. Curtis was helpful in responding to any questions very timely. The only con I would have is I wish they offered closer pickups to downtown locations. I would absolutely rent again.
