Communication could be better, but overall the car was nice and clean. Be very careful when booking and make sure you check the pick up address as I set
it to the airport and I’m being charged a delivery and drop off fee. Never had this issue before with Turo, but will keep an eye on it in the future.
Im sorry you didn't double check the address as you chose pick up, I accommodated you last minute due to your mistake. The vehicle was left with trash and I still decided to leave a 5star review.

Car was perfect! Roger was an incredibly attentive host! We had severe flight delays on the incoming flight and he was quick to help us work through the challenges and made sure the car was ready for us when we finally did arrive!
