Good car and pro active owner. Just a couple of glitches. Warning for low oil came on. Tire had a leak...I had to fix it. I am pretty sure the small nail was already in the tire when I got the car. Owner immediately said it was my responsibility to fix it. I believe it was already leaking because the valve stem cap on that leaking tire was missing. All other caps were on the car. Most likely previous renter or owner removed cap to air up leaking tire and did not put cap on. Luckily the tire could be patched. Otherwise I would have had to pay for a new tire. Also, the car had not been really cleaned. Otherwise the owner would have found the small backpack in the car that the previous renter left in the car.

We had a great trip with the car and Q was very responsive and flexible . It was our first time using the remote pick up and lock and leave - and we were a little nervous - Q walked us through it and was highly responsive . Car was clean and easy to drive - overall a great experience and we would definitely rent from them again :)
