I would not recommend booking as there were numerous issues with the vehicle and customer service that really affected our trip.
There were numerous safety issues with the vehicle itself and when messaging the hosts, they didn’t really do anything about it until it was escalated to Turo. I don’t recommended booking through them.

Host extremely responsive. Answered all of my questions and accommodated me with a late night arrival.

The price was reasonable.
The process for pickup was new compared to other experiences but the owner provided detailed instructions on how to pick up the vehicle and responded quickly to questions.
The vehicle was clean and drove well.
I found the passenger seat was not operating properly, a passenger window would not roll down and the active response and cruise control system did not work. I notified the owner and they were responsive that they would address the issues once the vehicle was returned.

Car was great for our trip! Giving 4 stars only because the passenger side seat wouldn’t recline and back right window wouldn’t roll down. So made it a little inconvenient for a long drive. But everything else about the car was perfect!
