Description

This SUV has a lot of cool features and is great on gas. It is very sporty and in great condition. This is a V-6. It great for trips and has a nice amount of cargo space. Power windows, power locks, rear cup holder, rear tinted windows, a/c is nice and cold and the heat is nice and toasty. A wonderful vehicle and I love to be able to share with others to enjoy the ride. ****ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS IN VEHICLE*** NO E-Cigerettes, Vaping, No Alcohol in vehicle. Please keep vehicle in immaculant condition as was given upon return. There will be cleaning fees if rules are not followed. Please be mindful the emergency brake is right by the gear shift. Also be careful of pushing gear shift into manual mode when driving. Just push back over. Please be respectful and drive safely .

Erika rented her vehicle knowing that the vehicle had mechanical issues. The trip started at 10:00 am, and by 12:19 pm I had to contact Erika to ask if there was an issue with her vehicle, because a warning message indicator came on indicating to service the Electronic Throttle Control. As a result, the acceleration decreased while driving, not going over 40 mph. I had to pull off to the side of the road. She indicated no issues and did not offer a solution at the time. Nonetheless, this was a major inconvenience because I rented the vehicle for 2 days to handle business affairs. Erika sent a message approximately 1:25 pm stating that she would like to pick up her vehicle and take it back to the repair shop because it’s under warranty. She arrived to pick up the vehicle approximately 2:45 pm asking if I accidentally pressed the emergency brake button because the same situation happened to her husband. She stated that may be the issue, and if I wanted to keep the vehicle or have the repair shop check it out. I agreed to getting it checked out to be on the safe side. She stated, that once the repair shop checks it out, she would bring it back for me to continue my trip. Well this never happened, and Erika still wanted me to pay full price for the rental and added incidental fees for a trip that lasted approximately 2 hours. This is not how business is handled. Not only did she provide a vehicle with mechanical issues, she also put my safety at risk.

First off my car was only taken to the shop after you drove my vehicle so hard you caused check engine light to come on. I have not had any issues with my vehicle until you rented. But as you stated you drove the vehicle and then check engine light came on. I did not give you a defective vehicle. You even wanted to continue to drive my vehicle as is with light on because “you had so much to do!” You called and asked me to bring vehicle back 10 minutes after I left from retrieving the vehicle.
